At Giftazone we want both you and your recipient to be delighted. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we’ll make it right — typically by issuing a Giftazone Store Wallet Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) instead of a cash refund. Read the rules and exceptions below.
Non-personalized items: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized / custom items: Not generally eligible for returns, except when defective, damaged in transit, or where Giftazone made a customization error. Report defects within 7 days of delivery.
Sale/clearance items: Some sale items may be final sale. If a sale item is eligible for return it will be stated on the product page or promotional terms.
Email support@giftazone.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
We will reply within 48 business hours with return instructions and an RMA/reference number where applicable. Do not return items without an RMA — it may delay or invalidate your credit.
Standard returns (change of mind / no fault): Once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original, unused condition, we will issue a Giftazone Store Wallet Credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping fees and taxes).
Damaged / defective / incorrect items (our fault): If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full Store Wallet Credit that includes the item price and any original shipping charges and taxes, or at your request we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability). Giftazone will cover return shipping for items returned because of our error.
Personalized items: If a personalized item is defective or contains a confirmed customization error, we will issue a full Store Wallet Credit or send a corrected replacement. Personalized items are not eligible for credit for change-of-mind returns.
Final sale items: Clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible for returns or wallet credit unless faulty.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit), Giftazone covers return shipping.
If you change your mind and return an unused item, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. For international returns customers are responsible for customs clearance and return shipping unless Giftazone agrees in writing to cover those fees.
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), Store Wallet Credits will be issued to your Giftazone account within 7–14 business days. We’ll notify you by email when the credit posts.
If we cannot accept the returned item (e.g., used, missing parts), we will contact you to discuss options (partial credit or refusal). If refused, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your cost.
Name: Giftazone Store Wallet (or Giftazone Credit)
Validity: Wallet credits expire 12 months from the issue date (adjustable—change this timeframe if you prefer a different expiry).
Usage: Credits may be applied to orders on giftazone.com only and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Credits are non-transferable unless Giftazone explicitly allows transfer (e.g., for corporate accounts).
Multiple credits: Multiple credits may be combined in checkout unless a promotion excludes wallet-credit use.
Partial credits & price differences: If your cart total is less than your credit, remaining credit balance stays in your Giftazone Wallet until used or expiry. If your cart total exceeds credit, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
If you prefer an exchange and the replacement item is available, we will arrange it after confirming availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded as Store Wallet Credit per this policy.
For defective items, you may request a replacement instead of a wallet credit; replacements ship after return authorization and are subject to stock.
