This page sets the terms for any restricted offer, coupon, flash sale, or promotional event run by Giftazone (“Promotion”, “Offer”).
Offers are open to customers who meet eligibility described in the specific promotion (age, location, account status). Employees and affiliates may be excluded where stated.
Giftazone reserves the right to verify eligibility.
- Each offer will display start and end dates/times. Offers are valid only during the stated promotion period and while stock lasts.
- Promotions may require a code, minimum spend, or selection of specified products. One promotion per order unless otherwise stated.
- Offers are subject to product availability. Giftazone does not guarantee stock for promotional items and reserves the right to substitute equivalent items if necessary.
- Unless explicitly stated, offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or loyalty rewards. See coupon disclaimers and sample rules (example guidance).
- Discounted items: refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid. Some promotional or clearance items may be final sale — this will be clearly noted. For personalized items purchased on promotion, returns are allowed only for defects/mistakes per our Returns Policy.
- If a refund is approved for a purchase made with a promotional discount, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In some cases (e.g., certain flash sales), Giftazone may issue store credit at our discretion.
- Giftazone may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion due to technical errors, fraud, supplier stock issues, or force majeure. If we cancel an order because of such a reason, we will notify you and issue a refund where appropriate. Examples of cancellation terms used by other merchants are helpful for wording – merchants often limit claims to a stated window and reserve the right to refuse misuse.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, bulk purchases made to resell, or attempts to game promotion terms.
- Giftazone’s liability for any claim arising from the promotion is limited to the value of the purchased goods, except as prohibited by law. These terms do not affect statutory consumer rights.
