Shipping & Delivery

Processing times (order handling)

  • We process orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on a product page (pre-order, custom-made). Processing does not include transit time.

Domestic shipping (typical)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited options: available at checkout where offered.

International shipping (typical)

  • Standard international delivery: usually 10–25 business days depending on destination, customs, and carrier performance. Longer delivery windows can occur during peak seasons.

Tracking

  • All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched. Use that tracking number to monitor parcel status. If you don’t see tracking after dispatch, contact support@giftazone.com.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in Giftazone product prices unless explicitly stated at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). Customers are responsible for customs/duties unless Giftazone offers DDP and collects those fees at checkout. Unexpected customs charges on delivery are outside our control and must be paid to the carrier or local customs authority. It’s best to check your local customs rules before ordering.

If an item is delayed or lost

  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact support@giftazone.com. If tracking shows the carrier has lost the package, Giftazone will investigate and either reship or refund the order per our returns/refunds guidelines.

  • If we are unable to ship an item (supplier stock issue), we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for the affected items, including shipping charges where required. Under consumer protection guidance, sellers must refund payments if they fail to deliver within promised times.

Delivery address & accuracy

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an address problem, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Special handling & gift messaging

  • Giftazone offers gift-ready packaging and personalized notes where described. Personalized/custom orders may take additional processing time—see the product page for specific lead times.
